Owner / Property Supervisor
Mickey Light began her career in 1973 with residential property management firms. Ms. Light became an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) in 1979. Ms. Light continues to take courses and seminars specifically oriented to professional property management. She is an member of IREM, ABOMA, an Illinois Real Estate Broker, and a licensed Property Manager.
Since 1977, Mickey has primarily managed residential condominiums and cooperatives. In 1981, she maintained her portfolio with Omnibus Real Estate, Inc., and continued when Omnibus and Harbor Realty merged in 1982. After Omnibus/Harbors' acquisition by Wolin-Levin in 1992, she continued to manage her portfolio through 1994. During 1995-1996 she was a principal and vice president of Condominium Management of Chicago, Inc., and in 1997 returned to Omnibus as a Vice President with portfolio property management responsibilities.
She is currently the property supervisor and managing owner of Professional Management Services, LLC. Her continued success in property management is attributable to strong management skills, an intense attention to detail, ever present persistence and adaptable abilities to handle difficult situations as they arise.

Accounting Manager
Ms. Carani has over 27 years of combined office management and accounting experience, including 18 years with Omnibus Inc. as a Controller and Office Manager. Her extensive background and education includes a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois and an Associate Degree from College of Lake County. She began her professional career as a teacher for Chicago Public Schools.
Lynette currently manages the accounting operations for all properties, including preparation of monthly financial statements. She also supervises accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations including reserve accounts. She routinely communicates with Board Treasurers to ensure accurate monthly financial statements. Her detail-oriented accounting skills continue to provide for healthy fiscal management of all accounts.
